Add discussion about the representation of activities as they progress from

• Definition - the patient-indepdent representation of the activity
  * Proposal - A patient-specific recommendation that an activity be performed
  * Request - The workflow manifestation of a patient-specific recommendation (an order, prescription, intervention, etc)
  * Event - The workflow manifestation of the application of the recommendation (a procedure, administration, dispense, etc)

For each type of activity that can be performed, list the actual FHIR resources and/or profiles to be used, as a starting point, consider this table:
