After further investigation, it appears that showing no "Primary Coding System" is correct as-designed, but misleading in its description. The assumed definition was Primary Coding System being only scoped to those defined as local codes, noting in the last line of the page: "This list is not inclusive of code systems associated with external value sets used in the IG." Nevertheless, we will provide further clarifications on this page on the definition of a primary code system for this ballot. Additional enhancements for displaying all internal and external value set related code systems used in the IG will be considered in a future release of the Standard Health Record (SHR) Tooling used to create the mCODE IG. Recommended resolution: Persuasive with Mod to provide further clarifications on the definition of a primary coding system on this page.
