      Agree that that we should mention ClinVar, COSMIC, and ISCN as multiple acceptable terminologies for variants.

      For this change we can 1) change the binding strength in GeneticVariantFound to (preferable) and 2) list the other potentially acceptable terminologies for COSMIC and ISCN in the Terminology Preferences section of the Implementations page (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/mcode/2019Sep/implementation.html).

      Probably should mention ClinVar (a primary coding system for genetic variants - free and open) AND COSMIC, which specializes in cancer variants as well as ISCN coding for large and complex variants and used widely in cytopathology. Hate to mention it but another source of genetic test order codes are Z-codes.
