The "Artifacts" section is defined on the home page as "Index of all artifacts (e.g. activity and plan definitions)" – but it's not clear what purpose the artifacts hold in the IG. They seem like examples, but there is a separate "Examples" section already. Each of them seems too specific, however, to be "normative" content in an otherwise general purpose IG.

Please clarify the purpose of the "Artifacts" in this IG. As part of that, or in addition to it, it would be helpful to have better human-readable documentation for each of these, as most of them provide nothing but the raw XML/JSON/Turtle for review.
