      I like the provided examples in the "Examples" section, and how they show multiple approaches toward conforming guideline representations. That said, to ensure patient safety, I think it's important to make their status – as an example – very clear in the narrative of each. I expect that they are not necessarily fit for immediate use as-is, so we wouldn't want someone implementing them without careful review and testing. Aside from labeling it as an example, it might be good to indicate if it is considered to be complete, if it has been reviewed by clinical experts, and if it has been tested in a live clinical environment.
