The cpg-directionOfRecommendation extension needs better documentation. There is no description indicating what it means or how/where it is used. A reader needs to click all the way through to the value set enumeration to see the possible values and then infer what the extension actually means.

In addition, there is an "Examples:" label with no examples following it. Either an example should be added or the label should be removed.
