      As per Graham Grieve's recommendations, we are splitting the breast abnormality observation into many seperate observations. We feel that should make each observation easier to understand and may partially correct your concerns.

      We couldn't agree more with your concern about the IG process, but that is a Fhir IG issue, and can not be rectified here.

      I've been creating IGs for several years, almost from the beginning, but when I saw this profile, it was just too complicated to take in. The presentation of the profile by the FHIR IG publisher is horrendous. This is not a vote against this IG, but against the IG Publisher. How can anyone - even someone skilled in the art – possibly review a profile that runs to hundreds and hundreds of lines, most of which is visual noise? So, I'm afraid I can't really give feedback on this profile. It might be exactly right, maybe not, but it is virtually impossible to tell...
