Incorrect references for retrieving Encounter Procedure. "Encounter.procedure.code", "Encounter.procedure.sequence" are NOT found in R4 Encounter resource. In R4, Encounter Procedure is an extension as 'http://hl7.org/fhir/us/qicore/StructureDefinition/qicore-encounter-procedure', and Rank is an element of the extension.
