      Not persuasive

The suggested content may help the FHIR Quality Measure IG and the CPG-on-FHIR IG but it is not the purview of QI-Core. The eCQM and CDS IGs should use the same approach (e.g., putting the information into the respective IGs in the same way and wait for implementation experience to move it to the base Clinical Reasoning base specification). The suggested content is not part of QI-Core. Tracker entered for those resources: https://gforge.hl7.org/gf/project/fhir/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=25204&start=0 and https://gforge.hl7.org/gf/project/fhir/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=25227

    • Enhancement

Consider adding a QI-Core Profile for the Bundle resource to describe how to package eCQM and CDS FHIR resources and other artifacts for distribution and import into tools and EHR systems. Or perhaps a Composition resource or DocumentManifest resource would be alternatives.
