QDM 5.5 lists FacilityLocations (plural) as attribute to Adverse Event. It seems like it might be a typo, as the attributes table indicates when used in AdverseEvent, it should be 0..1. So in the mapping table here, I think it needs to be updated to "Facility Location", this aligns with the AdverseEvent.location cardinality (0..1) as well.
