Firms such as Milliman and InterQual currently provide clinical guidelines and software/systems which implement or utilize those guidelines, yet I don't see them represented as contributors or reviewers. I suggest that an effort be made as part of the evaluation or pilot of the specification that existing implementers within this space be engaged to evaluate using this specification for the expression of their guidelines. It is ecognized that their guidelines may be proprietary but that shouldn't impact on their use of this specification..
