      Resolution: Non-persuasive.

      To the extent possible, QI-Core is based on US Core which, in turn is based on FHIR Core. US Core (and by reference FHIR Core R4) does not include an abatement time reference. FHIR does include an extension for resolutionAge for AllergyIntolerance. Thus it seems reasonable for the R4 version of QI-Core to align with the FHIR extension for R4.

      Comment:

      AllergyIntolerance is very closely related to Condition in both structure and semantics. Rather than introduce an attribute called resolutionAge, it should simply support abatement[x] as this will ensure better consistency between both resources.
