      Suggested resolution: Non persuasive. QI-Core basis content on existing FHIR resources. When a new FHIR version updates to reference BodySite as a datatype, QI-Core can update to that new version of FHIR. Note that BodyStructure is used by more than the Condition resource. It is also used to define context for an observation.

      Comment:

      BodyStructure is a problematic resource given its strong overlap with Condition (in particular, if one considers the morphology attribute). CIMI has requested that FHIR abandon the BodyStructure resource in favor of using Condition and introducing a BodySite data type which can be referenced from BodyStructure.
