      Comment:

      It is pretty clear that there are a number of attributes pertaining to birth data. FHIR should consider making a backbone element called 'birth' or 'birthData' with children attributes for date, time, location, multipleBirth, etc… rather than using sibling elements sharing a common name prefix.
