      In FHIR STU3, Immunization resource had a notGiven element. In R4, that has been replaced by a "not-done" status option.

      The QI-Core Immunization resouce uses Immunization.status "not-done" in combination with the Immunization.statusReason to represent the reason not-done. The timing for the statusReason is consistent with Immunization.occurrence[x] definition (i.e., the date vaccine administered or was to be administered.)
