      The intention of the conformance language is to place upper and lower bounds on automated polling.  Manual polling can happen as often as the user wishes (until their finger gets sore...).

      Existing Wording: The project is seeking feedback on whether these maximum frequency requirements are acceptable.

      Comment:

      In general, other Igs (and notably US Core) do not retrict frequency of queries. If a provider employee is clicking a refresh button because the patient is on the phone asking if their procedure will be convered — should the EHR really not send out a query? This IG should not mention maximum frequency of queries.

      Summary:
