Will create an overall flow diagram on confluence showing what the steps are, including what steps are optional vs. mandatory and where provider intervention will be or may be required.  We will point to the diagram from the CRD, DTR and PAS specs. An absolute count is dependent on too many factors - with CRD a provider might be prompted multiple times to adjust their order to address various issues, they might get prompted to capture supplemental information which might lead to additional prompts.  DTR may require filling out 0..* forms, each of which could have a variable number of questions.  And after all of this, a prior authorization submission could still trigger a need for additional information submission after human review.
