      Change to:

      Clients SHALL perform this query in an automated/background manner no more than every 5 minutes for the first 30 minutes and and no more frequently than once every hour after that. They SHOULD perform this query at least once every 12 hours.  Clients SHALL support manual invocation of the query by users.  There are no constraints on frequency of manual queries.

      Will also add language indicating an intention to make Subscription mandatory in a future version.

      Comment:

      We cannot place limits in an IG that has the real possibility of having a direct, negative impact on patient care. If this polling option is going to exist, it needs to allow the provider to ping at will. Ideally, there would be a more efficient solution that delivers a determination at the exact time the payer reaches it.
