      There currently is no specific field to include the name of the related chemotherapy protocol for a given medication. We had previously considered modeling chemotherapy regimens, but made this out of scope after noting the complexity of this and recognizing that there is no one recognized standard codeset designating chemotherapy regimen names and identifiers.

      For documentation, we propose a couple of alternatives:

      1) place the regimen name and/or ID (if available) in the text of the medicationCodeableConcept.

      2) place in MedicationStatement.note.
