      Actually, I'd suggest that FHIR's approach is to standards development is to only release Igs that are already implemented. This difference between Da Vinci Igs and some other FHIR Igs is significant. To be sincere, I think you should delete this sentence (it won't detract from your point about the CRD+DTR interdependence).
