Existing Wording: The goal of this use case is to reduce user or provider burden and simplify processes by establishing electronic versions of administrative and clinical requirements that can become part of the provider's daily workflow.
Comment:
The use of these two phrases in the sentence rings hollow: "reduce user or provider burden" and "become part of the provider's daily workflow". Overall, while the wordsare nice, this entire section doesn't actually convey any information and, at worst, is not only misleading, but may also be perceived as insincere and doesn't actually convey technical requirements and therefore does not belong in a technical specification.
Summary:
Ouch! "reduce user or provider burden" and also "become part of the provider's daily workflow"?
