      The DTR App or "native EHR application" is responsible for taking the provided rule and checking if available EHR data satisfies the requirements, as well as allowing manual population of missing data.

      Existing Wording: The DTR app is responsible for taking the provided rule and checking if available EHR data satisfies the requirements, as well as allowing manual population of missing data.

      Comment:

      Again, not only should it be possible for a provider system to play the role of the "DTR app", this is the best case scenario for cost and technical implementability. In later parts of the IG, you are more clear that a "native EHR application" MAY play the role of the DTR app.

      Summary:

      Please, don't require a third-party DTR app.
