Existing Wording: 1. The engine then extracts the answers in order to formulate a FHIR QuestionnaireResponse.2. The user provides any missing information to fully populate the Questionnaire response. ...Note: There is no need for the user to see the form if it can be auto-completed unless they need to approve sending the result to the payer or to "sign" the information prior to submission.
Comment:
The goal of DTR should be to not show a Questionnaire to the clinician at all; the list of steps here doesn't suggest that to be an option. Please update this numbered list to more clearly state that this is possible. Again, we risk moving paperwork from administrative staff to clinicians with an overall effect of increasing provider burden, contrary to your stated intent. You should describe the technical requirements for the user to not see the form.
