      Comment:

Overall, please add a section to the specification describing how DTR enables one or more clinicians using the same instance of the same EHR, interacting with the same patient to not perform the same duplicative work during subsequent encounters. Notably, if a QuestionnaireResponse (QR) is saved to the EHR for a patient, and the DTR app can access that resource during its next execution on the same patient, will the app use that questionnaire response to alleviate provider work? Additionally, if a QR is saved to the payer for a patient, and the DTR app can access that resource during its next execution for the same patient, will the app use that QR to alleviate provider work? If not, why not?
