In short description for Composition.title, say:

"Coverage Decision Exchange Document (patient name, date)" to provide recommended guidance. We won't make this a fixed value to allow for variation of language and possibly for different nuances of documents being created.

Will mark section.title as 1..1 must support. In the slices will show a suggested value of

"[treatment type]" for the treatment slice and "Other Documentation" for the Other Documentation slice. Again, won't make fixed values due to need for language.

      Comment:

Need title fields to be clearer for users to implement consistently-- what is the document and section title to contain? Should it reference any patient or plan identifier?
