Will create a new diagram showing what the flow would look like for scenarios where patient is not authenticating to the new payer. Will adjust the CommunicationRequest to allow the authorization to span a time-period. Will set an expectation that the 'old' payer should prepare and make available a document: - at the time the request is received - when the new payer asks for it (so long as within the authorized time-frame). Subsequent requests would be new CommunicationRequests with a 'based-on' link to the original and falls within the same time-period. Will ensure wording indicates that there needs to be authorization for the new payer to access the document after the expiration of the CommunicationRequest (as the Communication might not be prepared immediately as of the end date and there needs to be time for the new payer to pull it down).
