Add language that indicates that, while technically possible to send raw NCPDP, X12 or other content in this specification wrapped using DocumentReference, the general expectation is that relevant claims information will be exposed as appropriate FHIR clinical resources (e.g. Encounter, Procedure, etc.). In cases where discrete information can't be appropriately exposed in FHIR, PDFs wrapped in DocumentReference are also an option.
