The description of rendering-style at http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/sdc/rendering.html#text-appearance currently says, "This element allows the full capabilities of the HTML style to be applied to..." where the word "style" links to a page for the HTML style tag. Actually, per the [rendering-style page](https://www.hl7.org/fhir/extension-rendering-style.html), the content of the extension is what would go into the style attribute of the exlement displaying the text. Correct the description to remove the misleading link and make it clear that the content is that of the style attribute, not the style tag.
