According to current build (and R4) documentation in Concept Map, a map should read from target to source.

In this example, V2 A (Ambiguous) _ is broader than _ FHIR _other, _and

V2 O (Other) _ is broader than _ FHIR other

This is not correct.

The example for mapping FHIR administrative gender to V3 administrative gender has an incorrect relationship code for FHIR other to V3 UN (undifferentiated). http://build.fhir.org/cm-administrative-gender-v3.html

According to current build (and R4) documentation in Concept Map, a map should read from target to source.

In this example, V3 undifferentiated _ is broader than _ FHIR other.

This is not correct.

Note: the direction of a map has been noted as confusing for some time, and is under discussion not only by the sub-team that worked on ConceptMap, but documented in tracker #xxxxxxx. This tracker will be on the 10/10/2019 Vocab WG conf call agenda.
