The Lifecycle events from HL7 are not represented in the valueset for lifecycle events. This set of vocabulary are used within the EHR Lifecycle IG, so they are confusing to not exist. This set of vocabulary are used in Provenance abstract model, so it is confusing to not exist. The HL7 EHR Lifecycle events are to be found in ISO 10781. This was published in 2014. This vocabulary have reciently been balloted in HL7, with updates. Those updates are going to ISO for final approval.
1) The 2014 lifecycle vocabulary should be available within the FHIR model for use today.
2) When this is finally updated the new should be made available too.
