      The heading does not align with the page contents. This page lists extensions that do not originate (nor are "defined") by this IG. For example, LandmarkLocation, LandmarkToBodyLocationDirection, Laterality, etc. that are established in the mCode IG. Suggest that the heading change to something like "Extensions used in this Guide" and a column added to indicate the source or basis for the extension, OR only the extensions created in this IG be included.
