      The URL around [Directory of published versions

      http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU3.1/history.html] now points to http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU3.1/history.html, which gives a 404. It should likely point to http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/history.html instead.
