I'm curious why in the profiles, all of the elements in .identifier have been flagged as MustSupport except for identifier.id.

      I'm curious why in the profiles, all of the elements in .identifier have been flagged as MustSupport except for identifier.id. This seems like it should be supported if all the other elements are.
