Update to 4 new diagrams reviewed on CQI WG call April 24, 2020 and add text guidance regarding use of measure components, and 2 ratio diagrams reviewed during the May 1, 2020 call. Also note that the ratio diagrams depict the rate-based ratio measure, ratio measures may also include continuous variable calculations for the numerator and denominator (continuous variable ratio measures) but the diagrams do not depict the continuous variable ratio measures.

The CQI WG voted to approve this disposition.
