Proposal to add CodeableReference* to .supportingInfo to capture HL7 v2 OBR-13 codes and free text that often accompanies service requests. Theis would allow repeatinng codes, references and text.

Need to discuss with vendors how free text here would be differentiated from the .note element if entered by the requester. And what additional guidance and example to provide. Have a related tracker to FHIR-I regarding the request pattern and what type of information should be present in note.

Possible guidance to use contained references for very long text strings that are note really codeable and not appropriate for CodeableConcept.text.
