To be consistent with other profiles, the should/Must Support list should include the evaluated resources used to generate the report

Each MeasureReport should have (Must Support):
Reference to a reporting vendor using the DEQM Reporting Vendor Extension
A certification identifier using the DEQM Certification Identifier Extension
Ability to use other types for measure score using the DEQM Alternate Score Type Extension
References to other resources involved in producing the report
