      Neg: There is no place in this guide where the FHIR transaction details are documented. They should be clearly stated in summary in the beginning and more detailed descriptions given in the Framework and or profiles pages. For example several profiles are listed, but as an implementer, I have no idea what specific queries are required and what should be returned, individual resources, bundles of resources???

      For example "...the client will invoke a FHIR RESTful query for 'blah' using these query parameters...." or some other transaction details.
