      Rather, than mandating the CDS Client's use of `patient-view`, we will update the spec to indicate that typical behavior is that the patient-view hook is called only once during a user's interaction with a specific patient's chart. 

      Note that this is specifically not a normative requirement.

      The fact that call is made once is not part of CDS Hooks so should be made explicit here.

      Proposed Wording:

      The user has just opened a patient's record. Please note that this hook will be called once when the patient is first opened and is not refreshed.
