      FHIRcast's use of specific HTTP methods is modeled after WebSub's. Admittedly, WebSub isn't perfect, but we've gotten this far with it.

      Existing Wording:

      NOTE The spec uses GET vs POST to differentiate between the confirmation/denial of the subscription request and delivering the content.
