      The spec attempts to address this exact question, like so:

      >If using OAuth 2.0, the Hub SHALL limit the subscription lease seconds to be less than or equal to the access token's expiration.

      Concern on FHIR-resource token expiration in conjunction with the HUBs responsibility to return FHIR resources What happens if the resource token expires?
