We acknowledge the R5 subscription work and plan to incorporate guidance to using Subscriptions in a future version of the IG. This does not, however, obviate, the current workflow as a viable option for implementers using FHIR messagingn for FHIR R4. Will update the STU Note here ~/output/guidance.html#introduction to indicate that plan to incorporate the Subscription work into a future version of this guide.
