      Currently no way to represent the concept of notification message and the event that trigger the notification separately. thus these concepts are pre-coordinated in the event code.

      The outcome FHIR-26136 will determine if need to maintain the grouper heading or provide some other way to indicate it is a notification.

      Given that the value set is the "Da Vinci Notification Event ValueSet", why is there a top level grouping for 'notification' (e.g., every item in the set is a notification by definition). If there needs to be a generic 'even't notification, I feel a different naming structure would be clearer.
