      Ballot feedback was that the Terminology Section of the IG requires a major overall, renaming the Value Sets and Code Systems and updating links.  Following is a recommended resolution for the Place of Service:

      1)  Delete Value Set CARINBBPlaceOfService

      2)  Define CMSPlaceOfService

      3)  Title:  CMS-Place-Of-Service

      4) Description:  Place of Service codes are placed on health care professional claims to indicate the setting in which a service was provided

      5) Value Set: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/ValueSet/cms-placeofservice

      6)  Code System URI (new):  http://www.cms.gov/place-of-service.  Submit a request HL7 define an OID named cms-place-of-service.

      7)  Code System Definition:

      https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Coding/place-of-service-codes/Place_of_Service_Code_Set.html .   The link takes one to the Place of Service list as an html document; it is not a file to which an IG can be bound.  The code set is owned by CMS and is available for use.

      8)  Bind the ValueSet to the Professional and Non-Clinicial Profile
