The current description for the clock positions are like this:

1 o'clock position is at the 1 o'clock position and in the Upper Inner Quandrant

But it seems like the description of "in the Upper Inner Quandrant" is only accurate for the patient's right breast (from the perspective of the provider)  and for the left breast it would be Upper Outer. Either this text should be removed or clarified.
