In Observation profiles like AbnormalityCyst, why does satelliteTumor repeat in .hasMember?  Is it possible that a given observation item could be a satellite of multiple index tumors? As I understand it the satelliteTumor profile describes the satellite and points back to the index tumor, so if an observation item has multiple satelliteTumor references in .hasMember, doesn't that imply that it's a satellite of multiple index tumors? Please clarify.
