      Coding, CodeableConcept, Quantity, etc. are not FSH keywords, the are FHIR datatypes. We looked at the FHIR documentation, and resources and complex datatypes are present without special formatting, so that is what we followed here.

      That said, there are other persuasive comments that will have us revisit the formatting of the various "parts of speech" in FSH to more clearly lay out the grammar.

      Here and in other places you use code, Coding, CodeableConcept, CodeableConcept, Quantity and alike which seem to be keywords. I would suggest using separate font for these in order to make it distinct from the regular text.
