      We have proposed resolution of this and several similar comments to add the grammar in an appendix. We don't feel it is necessary to also add it as a FHIR library.

      Consider including the G4 content as a FHIR Library resource, similar to the way the FHIRPath and CQL specifications include libraries for the grammars
