      Agree with this comment. It is a gap in FSH.  This will be worked into the specification where we talk about assignment statements. We will ensure that the specification includes an example of assigning resources and complex types in an Instance.

      Fixed value rules should support inline references to complex types as well. Show this as an example. For example, to fix an Identifier using pattern[x].

      In instances, a fixed value rule can also inline a resource (e.g., "contained" property or "entry.resource" in Bundle).
