We don't anticipate creating a data dictionary as part of FSH or SUSHI. If anything, it should be produced from StructureDefinitions, so it could be used by anyone, regardless of whether they were using FSH or not.

The mCODE 1.0 specification, created with FSH, includes a data dictionary. Does the IG author have any control over what is in the data dictinary or is it automatic or something else. If something else, are there plans to include data dictionary support in FSH?
