This is but one example of sentences that has limited readability. Please consider re-formulating into shorter sentences. Such long sentences are not only hard to read, they also get a higher chance of getting mistakes. For example here:
- the first sentence seems to miss a verb, or is it the 'will require' part?
- 'various pressures including evolving use cases' - I could not make sense of this on the first go. Did you mean to put ":" after "including"?
It feels like there is someting missing here with respect to punctuation.
Existing Wording:
No matter how detailed the information model provided by the FHIR framework and associated implementation guides, various pressures including evolving use cases, regulatory and implementation environments, as well as advances in medical knowledge and the practice of care will require that the information model evolve over time to support additional content and concepts (semantics).
